B. 5 rounds:

10 Heavy KBS (P: Vertical KB Swings; keep close)

20 Russian twists (DB/medball, 5-20 lbs)

5 “Tough” Box Jumps (pick a challenging height, land in deep squat as needed)

Row 18/15 Cals (increase pace each set)

Rest 60 sec between rounds
