I give up. I imagine it means a regular pushup, but what’s TTT stand for? Now I have to know.

Not bad, Dennis. Next step in your HTML journey is to get your videos to fit the frame you’re posting in:

And Matt for catching 265 but wasn’t able to stand it up…next time bud!

And D$ for doing the same thing with 138 (I think?).

And Greg and Kara for both hitting their strides on cleans!

Having to act steadfast to rebuke false claims I counted poorly… it was actually 168 (170 if we’re going Games Open standards but whatev..again, who really tracks this stuff). All is forgiven Chef…It was a miss in the end. No PR today.

You know I really had a tough time cause I know you can power clean more than 160 – but for some reason thought I had written 135 on the board tonight.

      Won’t happen again. Promise.

Worked up to 123# on the clean – then worked a bit more on my pull with some suggestions from Mr. Fei. Thanks!

    500 Row – 1:47 flat (shaved a second off)
2000 Row on Monday – 8:27 flat (shaved 1.9 seconds)
In conclusion, there were some rowing shaving going on.

31 Pushups without doing the down dog or shake out technique.. Should of done that.. but improved by 6, regardless.
