We found this morning that there was simply not enough time to do all of this. We went over without doing B.
Usually the strategy is form and weight. The intention appears to be don’t go to heavy/low/aggressive/etc, depending on the movement, that you would fail.
the only way to know that for sure is to go back and do it all again but just faster!
I think the trick to this was a 1:1 Burpee pull-up
