The gym length has gone from 80ft to 30m to 25m, but it’s still the same size. Do we need to get a measuring tape to resolve this? #consistentlaborstandards
the GI of a banana also changes I’ve noticed, but I just go with it
Depends on how ripe it is. So yes, it does change.
According to the International GI Database, fully ripe bananas has a glycemic index of 51. This counts as a low glycemic index food, because its GI value is under 55. The maturity of your banana can have an effect on its GI rating. Slightly under-ripe bananas with green sections remaining have been calculated at 42 and over-ripe bananas with brown flecks have a GI of 48. This is not a huge difference, but it is something you might like to be aware of.
Of course. I always wondered about banana maturity effects on glycemic index; variable gym length in ft and mt; and, indeed, hamstring pain when lunging.
Not sure what I’m missing, but that’s exactly what I just said Wade.
Complaints from a guy who eats entire pizzas in a sitting 🙂
I do that so that no one else feels the need to have any and ruin their diet! so, YOURE WELCOME!
Wade is an everyday hero.
yup pretty much
80 ft = 24.4 mt
so. many. lunges. :/
A post from Kevin!

My hamstrings measured the length of the gym this morning as exactly 100 miles.
