A1. Bench Press: 5 ME sets at @ 55%. Try not to hit failure.
A2. 5 sets u/b Wallballs. Start at 10, 15 or 20. Goal is to increase this number each set for a maximum total.
B. OTM: 2 Cleans (75%) + X KCTB-Pullups
where X begins at 3 and +1/min. When you cannot complete the work within the minute, rest [2] minutes. Then perform C.
C. OTM: 1 Clean + Y Burpee
where Y begins at 3 and +1/min. The workout is over when you cannot complete the required work.

B. OTM: 4 FS (75%) + X RR

    Was away couldn’t join for WOD, But did the below workout today (24th Sep).

    A1. Bench Press: 5 ME @ 85 lbs
    A2. 5 X(10,15,20,20,15) — Air Squats.
    B. OTM: FS – 4 @ 105 lbs + 2 Strict PullUp’s (Later moved to scaled version) did for 3 min’s
    C. OTM: FS – 2 @ 105 lbs + Y Burpee (Did this for 5 min’s)
