Team CK had a 2nd place overall in the women’s Rx’d team competition at “Integrity’s Revenge” in Charleston, SC this weekend.

Out of six workouts, team CK had four (!) 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish.

Well, Chef, if you want to see me struggle, you should’ve stuck around for the Push Press portion of this metcon… Yeesh!
Bench Presses felt pretty good. It might be time to test my bench 1RM…
Chin-up negatives still bite the big one. However, I tested my deadhang chin-up with a purple band and was able to eek one out.
Metcon was a good challenge, and I determined that my push presses still suck (GOAT!). Especially with Naylor in my peripheral sipping tea and reading a book while he banged out, like, 25 in a row. For the 3 rounds I got (burpees, push press, pull-ups): 6,8,8 — 6,5,5 — 10,10,9.5. Pull-ups were done with the blue band only (PA?).
