A. Spend 15 min working on either T2B, Kicking up to HS or HS walks. Whichever one you want to do the least is the one you should do.
B1. Strict Deadhang Pullup (5×8) Add wt if needed.
B2. Strict Dips (5 sets for max total reps).
C. 3 RFT:
12 OHS (95/65)
20 Sandbag Lunges (60/40)
15 Pullups
At every even min (2:00, 4:00…), attempt up to 3 max HS Walk for distance.

A: check. Can consistently kick up to a HS (against the wall) now, so that’s a plus
B1: 5 x 4

B2. 16 w/red band
C. 15:54 – 33# OHS, 20# slam ball, blue band. I made 2-3 HS attempts depending on how badly I fell over on the 2nd attempt.
