All Friday classes cancelled this week!
All Saturday classes will also be cancelled, since we are hosting the CrossFit RTP Triangle Invitational!
This is going to be an awesome event (I’m biased, so?) and you guys are going to see some of the triangles best athletes throw down on Saturday! If you have never been to a CrossFit competition, this is one you will not want to miss! There will be over 140 athletes competing! Volunteers get free admission and spectator tickets are $5. A. Back Squat (5×5 @ 85%)
B. Skill work: 10 min to work on split jerk technique.
C. With a running clock, perform (2-8) Strict Pullups/Chinups followed immediately with 1 prowler push (Sled + 135/+95) every 2 minutes for 14 min (8 total pushes).
