P – 2/3/4 – Pretty sore through most of legs and arms from the last few days.
A1. Worked to 75# to concentrate on pulls. Felt okay, but I hear it didn’t look very good. I obviously need to work separately with a camera and see what this Snatch mess looks like anymore. [6]
A2. Unweighted, maintained most sets u/b, concentrated on keeping hollow position.
B. 185#. Definitely heavy, but no misses. [8]
C. 3+8, 75#, DU att. Most DUs were solid. Most I’ve done for real in a metcon, so that’s something.
D. 8 (17 k-ring dips in three sets). Triceps were finished after yesterday.
