B. 7:35 Rx – Couldn’t hang with Jason’s touch and go Cleans this AM, but I did with the burpees. Jason – once you get the burpees rocking, you are going to be speedy for sure! Good motivation…
Nice time. I’m worried about those power cleans and how they’ll likely make me feel sorry for myself.
Your power output for pullups may be going down, but only temporarily.

That’s right, I ate a whole pie since last friday. also, rich froning recently said that rest days make him feel terrible so he just refrains from taking them. I punched him in the face with a couple left clicks of the mouse so you don’t have to. you’re welcome.

B. 9:37 with 95lb HPC and burpees on 45lb plates….burpees are becoming increasingly more difficult for me every week…
