    A1. 10 @ 300
    A2. Lvl 4 PUs – A Block – 7,8,7 – power output going down with daily pull ups
    B. 7:35 Rx – Couldn’t hang with Jason’s touch and go Cleans this AM, but I did with the burpees. Jason – once you get the burpees rocking, you are going to be speedy for sure! Good motivation…

      Nice time. I’m worried about those power cleans and how they’ll likely make me feel sorry for myself.
      Your power output for pullups may be going down, but only temporarily.

        you’re a damn fool Phil, and you make my day with these shenanigans. Unrelated to anything I just wanted ya’ll to know that i just took the the last bites of a pumpkin pie. That’s right, I ate a whole pie since last friday. For those who may end up on my nutrition team in Jan. please note my motto is “its not how much pie you eat, but how much chicken you chase it with.” totes zone

          also, rich froning recently said that rest days make him feel terrible so he just refrains from taking them. I punched him in the face with a couple left clicks of the mouse so you don’t have to. you’re welcome.

    had to work late so I did this at home
    A. Pressed instead of DL
    B. 9:37 with 95lb HPC and burpees on 45lb plates….burpees are becoming increasingly more difficult for me every week…
    C. went to Cheesecake factory for cheesecake 🙂

    A2. Pullups L1 block A: 3X3 negs
    B. 8:22 with 75#. Those cleans got heavy fast!!
