A. 5 rds: 5-10 pushups + 5-8 jumping/walking lunges.  Coach/athlete choice on reps.
B. PJ: 4-4-3-3-2-2.  Increasing.

Rope climb review if needed

C. AMRAP [12]:

Shuttle run length of gym x 8*
7 FS (185/125) from floor
2 Rope Climbs (legless if possible – scale height as needed)

2 RC/6 chinups or body rows or 6 rope pulls from ground

 

*Both hands must touch opposite side of line.  Position cones 70′ apart.  (Mats are 4’x6′)
