Happy to be back in action!
A1 – I enjoyed the review. Snatch is probably my favorite movement. Worked my sets of pairs up to 80#
A2 – Working negative MU with band was very challenging and interesting. My first MU is close, I can taste it.
B – Didn’t finish the first round, but got up to 93 reps using 20 lb. WB. I’m feeling better about my T2B today because I could string the first 5 or so in a row.
Snatch is also my favorite.
As for muscle ups, I think you may be next in line. Keep trying. One day very soon, it will click and you’ll be up there.

Nice Maggie!! I miss RTP!!!! Went to Crossfit Coastal today. Did a WOD that kicked my ass. But, I also got a snatch PR, 120lbs!!
I really need to work on lifting from the floor, but the hang is so much easier!

J got the highest score of the day, with 1+31. Everyone in the Syndicate got past a full round! Great job guys!

We [pause to casually brush a bit of lint of the shoulder] scored the best boy-score of the day in that recent partner WOD.
First wod without the boot today! Still can’t do everything but at least I’m not uneven!
Did “non jumping” hang snatches and worked up to 78 (3# pa!). For the metcon I subbed HPCs for the wall balls and died on the t2b! Missed the momentum from the boot 🙂 Great to be back in the box!

A1. Struggled to return to form at 53# so I dropped to 40#. The last one was the best of the day.
A2. L2.B (I think?)
B. Got 1+7 rounds using a 6# (that’s right, I still have trouble getting to the red line) WB and doing K2E. Felt all kinds of pathetic the whole time. Must have been the donut I had that morning…stupid carbs!
