A. 20 minutes to work up to a heavy hang clean double
B. AMRAP 10, in teams of 2, with 1PW@T:
Run 200m
1 Rope Climb (Adv: 1 set Max MU)
*One partner runs and then performs the RC while the other rests. After the RC, the partners MUST TAG and the next partner runs and RC/MU. This continues for 10 minutes. At the end of 10 min, there is no rest into part C. If the 10 min mark is reached while the athlete is running, he will come back and perform T2B instead of RC/MU. If the athlete is in the middle of RC/MU, he will finish his set and his partner will run and perform T2B the next time.
C. AMRAP 10, in teams of 2, with 1PW@T:
Run 200m
1 set T2B without dropping
Score for B is total RC or MU. Score for C is total T2B.
