I’d really love to get a sub 4min Fran….. however my focus is currently on my O-lifts! 225C&J and 185 Snatch

B. 17:32, I did the round of 21 with HSPUs (1abmat and a foam mat) and had to do my last 4 as negatives so then switched to 75# presses for the 15 and 9.

Good morning if tough. I’m sore in brand new places.
A. 10@130#. Might have had 1 or two more but the deterioration in form was irritating a nasty kink in my back.
B. 12:53, 25#/65#. I’ve always been so terrible at strict press that I underestimated my capability. I think adding 10# would have added 6-8 minutes, though. Still, I felt this plenty, and it was interesting seeing strict presses in a met con.
Upcoming goals are beating my mental block with doubleunders and doing what it takes to get my shoulder and elbow mobility to get me back to my pull-up prime so I can get back to my muscle up goals.
