A. [15] Work to a mod. heavy set.  HPC + HC + PP + PJ. (Adv: PC + C (T&G) + PP + PJ).

B1. EMOM [14]: 7 x [5 floating deadlifts @ 50%]

B2. EMOM [14]: 7 x [0:45 SU/DU/TU] Sum total.

C. FT: [C8] 50 Burpees + 50 Strict Pullups or 15 Strict MU(broken up anyhow).

    A. Worked up to 115. 125 went poorly.
    B. 130#, ~360 SU
    C. Made it at 7:52, blue band.
