    Loved seeing all the new faces this morning! welcome all!
    (F) –too early for snatches for this guy
    A) 185~75% (should have done 205, the 185 was much much easier than the weight I did for back squats last week)
    B) Chins (Got a great pump on!)
    C) 8+4 Rx gassed my self out too early
