Perform 5 reps at the lightest weight, inc weight and perform 1 less rep each set.
Rest 5:00 between rounds.

Each round of 5-4-3-2-1 should begin and end with something heavier than the previous round.

*pair up with a buddy who can help you load weights. Your buddy can lift while you “rest” (change their weights)
