Way back in the day…
Twelve Twelve Twelve
20:08 Rx today…. Nice chipper….
Oops – box push ups vs hspu’s – don’t want to take away from other true Rx’s..
33:?? Rx.
I hit a wall around day #8. For some reason, I couldn’t get going on the push presses.
I think this one would have been a lot easier if we got to listen to more than one Christmas song. Unfortunately there were too many Grinches in the 4:30 today 🙂
So many Grinches!
We were on the verge of mutiny, One!
I disagree…when you compare the results of 4:30 (1 Christmas song) to those of 5:30 (no Christmas songs) you will notice an overall increase in average WOD duration. A trend I can only assume is associated with holiday music. Bah humbug!!!
Don’t lie Jason, I know you channeled your inner Mariah Carey yesterday…. And loved it 🙂
I have to concur.
The data doesn’t lie!
disagree, my time would have been at least 10mins faster had there been some holiday music while I was woding, its baby’s favorite music and when he moves i move 🙂
finished this in 28 something I believe, almost exactly 10mins slower than last year…I fully attribute that to the music 😉
I came back to do this WOD like a ghost from christmas past to avenge my inability to keep track of the movements and my inability to remember the singing of the song from last year.
Did the workout as prescribed this time, in a casual (near dying), uncool 28:38.
Homie, I woke up feeling like Father Christmas this morning.
