Horseradish mustard. Spread some on a piece of salami, fold salami over, stick a toothpick through it and add half of a cherry tomato… delicious 🙂
All mustard is the best mustard. Bonus points if it’s spicy (horseradish, chipotle, whatever)

If I could find it on this coast I would vote Mendocino Hot & Sweet Mustard. It is just about the most amazing mustard ever.
Beaver Sweet Spicy comes in a reasonable second to it, and is available far more readily.
