- 1RM Clean (any style)
- Select 2: ME Strict Chinup, ME Strict Pullup, ME Strict MU. (If L1, establish Flex Hang for max time)
B. 4 RFT:
4 Squat Clean and Jerks (165/115)
4 Deficit HSPU (2×45 onto abm/2×35 onto abm)
16 DU (Adv: u/b)

Acceptable substitutions for HSPU today are HSPU onto a box and push presses.
Had fun coaching a small and energetic 6:30PM class.
Watched Kris, Murph and Kristen all hit clean PA’s and also saw Kristen rip out 7 consecutive double unders in a row!
After a #20 lb Clean PA. I watched Phil post everybody else’s PA’s on the board from all of the earlier classes. Thanks for doing that for everybody else, Phil!
What can I say, I was high on life after hitting a 245 lb clean–10 lbs higher than my previous best.
Also finished the metcon in 20-ish minutes, Rx advanced.
Also ate about 200 grams of protein, which is a plus since I’ve been either protein-deficient or barely at the acceptable threshold lately.
Finally a PR! 163 clean, been stuck in the 50’s for so long. And not feeling very rosie the riveter about it.
10:15 metcon…115/box HSPU with parallettes. My jerk form is in shambles but i enjoyed this wod.
Couldn’t quite get 108# Clean. I’ve still got some form issues to work out at really heavy weights (well, heavy for me, at least).
Surprised myself by finishing the metcon in 15:03 with 85# and a box for HSPUs.
Couldn’t get any chin-ups or pull-ups today…
