A. Skin the cat x 12 (total reps broken anyhow)
B. EMOM 12 min:
Odd: 1 set of Pushups. Select a constant number of reps to maintain.
Even: 1 set of T2B. Select a constant number of reps to maintain
C. Partner WOD: 6 Rounds: ME Row 1 min for distance, alternating with partner. Partner begins immediately after you finish with minimal transition. Track your individual distances.*
*Person with the smallest distance difference between all splits earns a complimentary item at tonight’s social.
