WOD 02 10 14
A. Back Squat: 4×6 @ 70%. Use most recent established 1RM. If new, work to 4×5 at manageable weight.
B. Weighted Lunges (Bar/DB/KB): 5×12 (6L, 6R alternating)
C. Death by burpee/OTB Jump (24″/20″)
In the 1st minute, perform 1 burpee. In the 2nd minute, 2 OTB Jumps. In the 3rd minute, 3 Burpees. In the 4th minute, perform 4 OTB Jumps. Continue until you cannot complete the work within the minute. Adv: Box Jump (30″/24″). Substituting step ups are acceptable.

depends on when the WOD is posted hahaha but I try for 8 hours
6.5 hours during the week. Not enough!
A. My traps were still terribly sore today from a week’s worth of KBS, so I moved to 70% FS instead.
B. worked to 53# FR
C. Got to 14+14
I work to get 8, but sometimes my mind has other ideas. I lay in bed for at least 8 hours a night 😀
