Didn’t make it in because of the blizzard and a hurty elbow that’s still healing.
Anyway, while reading internet comics in my PJs, I accidentally came across a good review for minimalist shoes that might be beneficial, especially for new-ish members who are still training in running shoes.

First WOD doing unbanded pull-ups. Now if I could just get off my knees for push-ups.

A. Used 115#
B. Got 2 rounds + 70 reps. Scaled push-ups to knees (and still struggled!) and used red + purple for my pull-ups.
