Couldn’t establish a 1RM press since I did the metcon 1st and I was just pressed out. But worked with Ian at 3 sets of 5 at 75. Would you believe he doesn’t enjoy being my partner? I mean have you ever!? So I’ll be PRing that relationship soon..watch yaself Ian.
Metcon was 85 reps at 65…my feet felt glued to the floor on the push press but I tried to make it do what it do.

B. 69 reps using 43# (one of those sets was a little low in #s because I forgot to keep the bar up and dropped to a hang position…doh!).
C. Had to skip to be on time for my hubby to use the car, will make up at home.
