Shuttle Run 200m (20m x 10) where 20m ~ 60 ft in gym.*

12 DL (185/125)
9 BBO (24″/20″)

*For the shuttle run, both hands must touch the ground on the outside of the lines.  Mats are 6′ and 4′ long.
