WOD 02 24 14
A. OHS (3×5 AHAP). Remember this movement is about control! Take it slow and control the weight!
B. Strict Pushup: 4 min Pushup test for max reps.
C. 12 min:
30 T-Burpees (6″) AND 30 OHS (120/90)*
W/ Remaining time, AMRAP:
15 Wallballs (20/14, 10′)
20 Double Unders (Sub 0:30 DU practice OR 6 Box Jumps 24″/20″)
*Burpees and OHS may be split up anyhow as long as all 60 reps are completed. If OHS is shaky, sub FS.
