Note for this Saturday: we will be deviating from our normal schedule this Saturday for 13.1. Instead of running classes on the hour, we will be running 13.1 every 25-30 minutes at the following times:
9:00AM, 9:30AM, 10:00AM, 10:30AM.

I got my first kipping HSPU (strung together 3 of ’em).
Also, props to Alex. She never posts, so I’ll have to sing her praises too. She got her first inverted handstand against the wall. She totally broke through the fear/ mental barrier that was holding her back.
