    Friday’s WOD:
    A. Push Press: (3 @ 63%, 3@ 72%, ME@ 81%). Target to get at least 6-12 reps here.
    B. Skin the cat (3×2 reps). Control is what we’re after here. Extend legs as comfort increases.
    C. 10 min AMRAP:
    8 Push Presses (60-70%)
    10 Box Jumps
    12 KB Swings (53/35)

    I’ve been doing some accessory work at home for the last few days (see below), but I’ll be making up squats today. Hopefully while Bone Thugs plays softly in the background

          that Hagrid looking ref from this past wknd wouldnt even think twice about a no-rep. she’d no-rep him while he was even getting set up.

    Came in for squats, just like the prophecy said.
    20 @ 205 (Hi Murph).
    Then I pressed 4 @ 120.
     
    Overall, strength felt pretty solid today, most likely because I had my t-shirt sleeves rolled up to form a pseudo tank top.
    The only thing that would’ve made things easier is if I were wearing one of these:

    I’ll have to see if Muscle Driver has this in stock.

    Made up for Tuesday…
    A. Got 9 @ 53
    B. Did 12 with a blue band.
    C. Finished the PPs (63#) and T2B (with some occassional K2Es) by 11:30, and finished the push ups (knees) by 14:55.
