B. I hate Fran, even more so, i hate fran at 6am on a monday morning…
My approach today, just do it, get it over with and don’t look at the clock until I’m done b/c I don’t want to see my old PR come and go like it always does…
well it didn’t!

A: 265#, 5# PR. Took a good 3-4 seconds for the weight to get moving from the bottom. On any other day probably have a bit more in me, just wasn’t feeling it this AM. On the upside, front squats are finally at the point that they feel….not terrible?
B: 8:26. No clue if this is a PR or not. I hate thrusters. End of story.
