A. EMOM for 10 sets: Squat Clean. These do not include warmup reps. Start around 75% and increase from there.
B. Strict Chinups (Max reps across 5 sets. Max rest of 2:00 between sets.).
C. 4 Rounds:
20 sec ME Ring Dips
40 sec Rest
20 sec ME Situps
40 sec Rest
20 sec ME Thrusters (100/65) *Bar begins from the ground, no racks.
40 sec Rest

Great workout this AM. Bummed to miss the first lifting class – stuck traveling for work the rest of the week.
A: Worked up to 170lbs. New 1RM by 15lbs, still had plenty of room to go.
B: 15
C: 83 reps I think
