Memorial Day Schedule: 10AM, 11AM WODs! All other classes cancelled!
Memorial Day is a day to remember all those who have fallen for our country while serving in the US Armed Forces, and today’s “HERO WOD” is a special one dedicated to Lt. Michael Murphy.

“Murph” – As a team OR individually.
For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

48:53 with blue+red bands and knee pushups.

My legs hate me today.
Came into the 10:00 am class.
“hey Lei, were starting in 2 minutes. Get ready!”
“Awesome! Whose doing this with 20 lb weight vests?!”
*blank stares*
“Hey Lei, 2 minutes to get your weight vest on!”
57:11 +21 lbs. Last mile was BRUTAL. All pull-ups in sets of 5!
not my fault you give into peer pressure…although some might say that I’m just bossy…
Also… Not my fault you were late.
Side note…I’m only sore in my right butt cheek…pistols for the win
