C. EMOM [16]:

(E): 1-2 Rope Climb(s).  Adv: Legless to 10′ or top.

(O): 1×6 Strict Press – load can increase by 5-10 lbs across entire 16 min.

    Finished hiking across the Grand Canyon yesterday! Thanks to everyone for making me stronger, so the only thing that slowed me down we’re my blisters.
