Only an average day in the box. Running on a sleep deficit. Three hours on Monday night (on call), and five hours last night (damn the NBA finals!) OK, enough with the excuses:
Deadlift 355 (failed at 375)
Push Press 145 (failed at 155)
Helen 12:08 Rx (About a two min PR)

Excited for my 215# deadlift. Bummed that whatever irritated my shoulder kept me from getting more than 95# pp, but I’m glad I stopped to make it through Helen. 12:04 feels like a good start.
This was the first time I felt like I am making pull-up progress. That feels good.
A. 300 (Not a PR, had more in the tank, just wanted to match Maggie1 for the day)
