Bring a buddy!  This Thursday (all classes) and Saturday (all classes) are going to be free for anyone to come to!  This would be a great opportunity to bring someone (a family member?  A friend?  Coworker?) who has been curious about what we do!  No experience required!

    Okay I’ve given my shoulder/elbow two full days of slack. Excited to get back to the box and see how I’m faring!!

      Rocking pink socks and all, it felt great to keep working on my snatch form. The mechanics are starting to sink in, and I’m looking forward to the next time!
