This weekend, our own Misty, Dallas, and Kim will be competing at the Carolina Capitol City Clash in Raleigh CrossFit. Misty and Dallas will be competing as a team on Sunday. Kim will be competing as an individual on Saturday and then on Sunday as part of a team. Let’s go out and support them on game day!

Thanks Mike, knee is fine, more worried about the ankle. Swollen up pretty good today. Hopefully a weekend of ice fixes it. I might be back next week, we’ll see.

Got to partner up with Matt for the first time. Good time and great work out buddy. I repaid him by totally flaking at the end, and not helping him with any of the clean-up!
