first time I saw ‘band pullaparts’ programmed I immediately pictures people laying on their backs with their legs in the air and the band around their ankles!!!
is the top of the rig 10′? I wish those WB rig targets that were on the side facing the wall before the supports were on the other side were the high bars are so that when we do sets that include rig to WB we don’t have to navigate through people to get the wall and then navigate back again to get back to our chosen pull up bar.
