My fourth grade campers were having a very heated discussion on nutrition in the van today and one of them said the following that made me think of all you wonderful people:
“Don’t even THINK about being a vegetarian. I tried it once and almost DIED!!”

I’ve seen similar transformations at the gym, and they come from the same place: patient practice and hard work, day in & day out.
I love it. I don’t go no-to-pro, but this is essentially how I have learned everything. Pick it up like I don’t know any better, and do it until I get it.
A. Got up to 5@115. Managed 2@120, which is definitely a PR.
B. Ow. Pistols are absolutely foreign to me, and my right knee was having none of it. Time to get something to hold only the ol’ patela.
Speaking of accomplishments, I definitely got a strict pull up tonight! That was exciting indeed. Thanks Lei for getting me there so quickly. Upward!
