Rest to 90% full recovery between B, C, and D.

B. AMRAP [6]:
5 BS (225/155)
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

C. AMRAP [5]:
18-12-6 of
DL (225/155).  Perform 6 MU after each DL set.

Substitute 1 MU = 2 Dips

D. AMRAP [4]:
40 pullups
15 OHS (135/95)  *Adv: 4 OHS (225/155)

    this one is gonna take a while…. it usually takes me 48 to 72 hours to recover fully

    A. 5@225 (first time post-surgery I’ve worked off of my old “true” numbers)
    B. 4+13 rx
    C. 52 reps rx dl, dips on a box feeling foolish
    D…idn’t happen

    A. 10×225. Felt good, but lost grip again.
    B. 3+2. 135# back squats drank up quite a bit of time.
    C. Got through 5 of the last 6 deadlifts before time cap. (Kipping ring dips)
    D…itto Kris 🙂

    No volume work today. Giving calf a rest after it’s got a little odd and acute soreness. Rest day tomorrow fo reelz.
