20 KB swings (70/53)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115/75)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (CTB)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24”)
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each/25lb each)
Run 400m

Scaling: For novices, in addition to scaling weights, consider scaling the run if needed.

    Really wish I was there for this one! Can I request that we do this again in the fall or winter, plaid required?
