B (P). Snatch DL: 5×3 @ 120% Snatch 1RM.  Maintain regular snatch tempo.

B (F). Romanian Deadlift 4×5 AHAP

C. 10 RFT:

3 Thrusters AFAP (135/95)

3 Strict CTB Pullups

15 u/b DU.  Sub 40 sec DU practice OR 5 box jumps (24/20).

    Bring it on! I warmed up my deadlift today so I am ready! Only question is going to be as to how big of a jump I can make from Monday on the squats

    yes Lydia…just make it up…you’re probably right

    A. 120 BS…easing back into this bc my knee is still funky

    A) 225 (felt easier than the 205 Monday)
    B) 265 (this is fun, could have gone heavier but didn’t see the point because my snatch is only 170ish)
    C) P– 13:45 @ 115#
