A. Establish a 1RM Hang Clean.  Adv: (Hang Clean + 2 FS)

B. AMRAP 10 min:

Run 200m

5 FS (185/125)

Run 200m

10 FS

Run 200m

15 FS

FS increase by 5 each round.  (Rx) Front squats are taken from the ground.

At exactly 10:00, perform C without rest.

C. 50 Pushups/Ring Dips for time

    Seven Sunshine was AMAZING today. What a great crew 😀 I think we were even Seven at Seven!

    A. 95#. Form over weight today.
    B. 3 rounds flat @75# from ground
    C. 5:00. Shaved :27 off my time from Friday!

    Actually, think we were 8 strong, but it might have been too early to get the math right 🙂 seriously don’t know you the 6amers do it.

    b. 4 rounds at 95#
    c. 2:55, these were kinda killer
    one advantage to a.m.- it’s done 🙂
