So this one time, at crossfit, I knew I couldn’t do more than 5 pushups on my toes. So I decided to try it in a metcon anyways (thanks Misty!) and ended up finishing a set of 12 unbroken. Then, this other time at crossfit, I knew I couldn’t squat clean with weight in my heels. But they were actually ok today!
Great job MaggieOne! You really need to stop second guessing yourself and just go for it more often. Next time I’ll know to challenge you and make you jump to the weight I know you can do 😉
Also Mob…I’m thinking the Federation is a good fit for M1, we might steal her.
and remember that time that you didn’t think you could do strict T2B and then you started doing knees to elbows and realized that you’re toes could touch the bar, then you did a whole bunch of them in a row…i remember that time too 🙂
Man, those hang squat cleans were way more challenging than I expected.
Bench Press: 105 x 3 and then went for 1RM with spare time and got 115 (5# PR)
Metcon: 3+4 Rx. DU went pretty well for a change, not unbroken but got a few “lucky streaks”!
68 lb BPx3. 256m row. 3 rounds on the metcon with 65lb and blue band pull ups.
