This weekend, two of our athletes will be competing in competitions! Carly will be competing at a sanctioned weightlifting meet at the Athletic Lab on Saturday, and Kris will be competing in a 3 day competition called “Integrity’s Revenge” at CrossFit Integrity in Charleston, SC. For those who want to come out and support Carly, she will be lifting in the morning between 9AM and 11AM. Directions here.

A. Every 90 sec: Perform (1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 FS) or (3 FS)
Weight can increase, but any miss should result in a weight decrease.
B. 4 min Pushup test. Adv: Hands & Feet on 45’s

A: worked up to 185#. Failed on the squat clean @ 195# (attempt to match 1RM). Probably time to re-test my clean 1RM
B: 55, up from 40 last time around
C: 18:40 w/ air squats. Managed to link together 27 DU’s, so that’s a plus.
