This weekend, two of our athletes will be competing in competitions!  Carly will be competing at a sanctioned weightlifting meet at the Athletic Lab on Saturday morning, and Kris will be competing in a 3 day competition called “Integrity’s Revenge” at CrossFit Integrity in Charleston, SC.  For those who want to come out and support Carly, she will be lifting in the morning between 9AM and 11AM.  For those of you who have never been to a sanctioned weightlifting meet, this is a great opportunity to see an event with some very good lifters.  Directions here.

A. Jerk (6×1).  Go for a 1RM!

B. In teams of 2:

140 KB Swings

Then, 3 rds of

[12 Synchronized OHS (95/65)

40 DU (or 10 burpees)]

*KB Swings are counted as a team (both working together)

OHS are 12 per person.  Partner may not begin a rep until both athletes finish previous rep.  For the DU/Burpees, each partner is working simultaneously and both athletes must be working (either DU or Burps).
