A2. CTB Body Row @ (2012 tempo). 6×6 Scale so that full ROM is met (chest).

A1. OTM [20]: 10 x (4-7 reps) Strict HSPU (Add deficit if possible)

A2. OTM [20]: 10 Legless RC.  Height of climb is athlete’s choice.

    Okay, seeing this I was imagining a police lineup. How great would it be to paint the wall like that 😀 We could flip the photos over for fun and profit!!
