Visited the 7am class because I was up early for no-good-reason and figured I might as well be productive.
The snatch halting deadlifts were really helpful — that’s the closest I’ve ever been to an acceptable oly lift from the ground (without resetting at the hang)
For Erik: here are the VS Athletics lifters with the higher-than-usual heel
Anyone else no-repping the hell out of the guy in the foreground??
