    Heard good things about the new 007 movie.

    Skyfall on Friday 11/17 @ 9:35PM or IMAX @ 10:20PM (a few $ more). Post to comments (and preferred timeslot) if interested. We’ll purchase tickets in advance by Thursday evening.

      I might be in for the IMAX as well. It’s kinda late for me (shut it, I know that’s lame), but seeing Daniel Craig in IMAX for a couple of hours might be worth it.

      Alex and me can do I-max at 10:20. She (possibly we) have a babysitting gig on Friday night, but it shoud be done by ten.

    A. 225 hang clean (PA, for sure)
    B. 12 pullups because chin ups bug my hand-wrist (didn’t have previous number written down, so we’ll call it a PA–same thing for yesterday’s 38 pushups)
    C. 15:54, Rx (except GHDs were kind of bogus and only down to parallel)

    Figured I’d make a post about CrossFit…hope that’s ok b/c i haven’t seen much of that on here as of late guys…
    Loved this WOD but thats probably b/c even though im “super pregnant” as i keep being told, I still love wallballs and double unders!
    A: HPC:118
    B:11:10 with 14#/10′ (had to no rep myself a time or two), replaced GHDs with hip extensions on the GHD, and broken double unders 🙂
