A1. Bench Press: 5×4 AHAP.  Keep loads within 10-20 lbs.  Sub pushups if needed

A2. Dips 5×8: Add weight to hit reps.  Adv: Strict MU

B. Skill: TGU: 3 sets of 4 (2L+2R) AHAP.  Stay light if this is a new movement.
