HBBS to 145# 1RM
Deadlift to 190# 1RM (5# PA, thanks to some TFooter math! I thought I was at 180#, 5# shy of my 1RM)
Helen took 13:05 with 35# KB and a blue band (blue band PA)
135# BS (+5 PR), 68# press (+3 PR), 15:32 Helen with red + blue bands. I’ll be out of town this week so see ya next week!
