100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.

Worked up to 135# BS and got 29:48 struggling through Angie. Used a blue band for the first 50 pullups, but had to add a purple if I was going to finish within the next 24 hrs. Knees for pushups. And finished off the day with a great game of flag football. Now for some turkey, Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
